“Secrets"

I had the pleasure of meeting Essop Osman, who along with his family own ‘Spice World International’

They have 4 stores in and around Durban with the most amasing range of Spices outside of India! Essop and his family have been researching and testing recipes for years, and eventually came up with their own book – “Secrets”

What I really love about this book is the simplicity of it which offers something to both novice cooks and expert chefs alike.

There are over 200 easy to follow recipes all of which were complied by the Osman family.

If you are into Eastern food this book is a must as with a little effort the necessity of eating is transformed into an exotic experience of gastronomic delight!
